Loading the Optional High-Capacity Transparency/Label Tray The optional high-capacity transparency/label tray replaces the standard paper/transparency tray in the printer. Determine which ink-loading bin needs ink. A label above each bin indicates the color and color number of that bin. Remove the ink stick from its packaging. Note Because the magenta, cyan, and black ink sticks are all dark, refer to its color number; this number corresponds to the bin for the color.
Emptying the waste tray Empty the waste tray when the front panel displays a message stating that the waste tray is full.
