Your Jazzy Passport/iGo+
The Lithium-Ion travel battery has been tested and complies with United Nations Transport Regulations
standard UN38.3 and conforms to 49 CFR 175.10(a)(17).
NOTE: Airline policies and regulations may vary. Please check with individual airline prior to travel.
NOTE: The battery charger is not included with the Lithium-Ion travel battery. The battery charger
supplied with your Jazzy
travel battery.

Varies with user weight, terrain type, battery charge, battery condition, motors, controller type, tire type, and tire condition. This
specification is subject to a variance of +10%, -5%.
To prepare your Jazzy
1. Ensure that your travel battery is turned off (see figure 1-1) and your power chair is in the unfolded
position.
2. Grasp the travel battery box handle and lift up the securement pin to disengage the box from the
power base. See figure 1-2.
3. Slide the travel battery box out of the power base. See figure 1-3.
4. Insert the supplied terminal plug into the terminals on the back of the travel battery so they are not
exposed. See figure 1-4.
5. Your travel battery is now ready for airline transport.
