How do you set the restance values

To set the resistance values on the Sunny SF-E3912, first select one of the 12 pre-programs (P2~P13) using the UP or DOWN button, then press ENTER. Adjust the “TIME” parameter first; resistance levels (1–16) are part of the program profiles and change automatically during the workout. Manual resistance adjustment is not described, so resistance is controlled through the selected program.
