12. TROUBLE SHOOTING

In case of an unexpected event, caused by software or hardware reasons, the operator is prompted
with the message E r r x x , where xx is the Error code. Program is halted.

Press momentarily to acknowledge the error and proceed as indicated in the error operator
response. Errors may occur during setup, programming, power-up and during operation.
In all other cases of malfunction the user should contact the supplier, as the unit may probably
need service from an experienced technician
DISPLAY
Err 01 SYSTEM ROM : Faulty EPROM.
Err 02 DATA RAM : Faulty CMOS RAM.
Err 04 CALIBRATION DATA : Faulty
EEPROM.
Err 05 SCALE or A/D CONVERTER.
Err 06 LOW INPUT VOLTAGE .
Err 15 System has been initialised due to
power failure or soft reset.
Err 20 PRINTER IS NOT ON-LINE. Either not
connected or out of paper or failed.
Err 26 No paper for EPSON TM295 printer.
Err 50 Small sample count.
Err 51 Small sample weight.
Err 67 Corrupted totaliser.
Err 69 TOTALISER OVERFLOW.
Because totalisers have not been
cleared for long time.
