  • Page 14 Instructions ADJUSTING BACKREST AND HEADREST Backrest Angle Adjustment There are 2 positions for the Backrest. 1. Push outwards the Adjustment Stops on the two sides and the backrest can be adjusted into Upright Position. 2. Push inwards the Adjustment Stops on the two sides and the backrest can be adjusted into Recline Position.

WARNING: The car seat Base Adjustor is only used for group 1 (from 9–18kg). Please do not pull out the Base Adjustor for group 2 and 3 (from 15–36kg).

  • Page 17 Instructions Pinch the FIX Child Restraint with Safeguard (9-18kg Child) Adjustment Buttons on the two sides and WARNING: push out the legs. In order to use the restraint as group 1 (from 9 to 18 kg) it should be used along with the safeguard. The car seat MUST be used with a 3 point vehicle seat belt when used as a child restraint with safeguard.

Meanwhile, pull the vehicle belt latch plate, route the vehicle shoulder and lap belt through the belt guides on the two sides of the safeguard and lock the vehicle belt latch plate into the belt buckle on the other side.
  • Page 19 Instructions Child Restraint without Safeguard (15-36kg Child) The child seat MUST be used with a 3 point vehicle seat belt when used as a booster. Safeguard will need to be removed. Put the car seat on the vehicle seat, align it with the ISOFIT interface in the vehicle seat and push forward.
