Hopper Burner Assembly: BODY FRAME ASSEMBLY: 1. Attach 2pcs Leg (20) (21) to Right and Left Lateral Leg (28) (29) with Bolt (B), Spring Washers (E), Flat Gasket (J) orderly. 2. Attach Axle (27) go through the holes of Wheels (25) and Right Lateral Leg (28), then install the Flat Washer on the inside, finally install the Cap Nuts (M) and tighten with a wrench.

1.MOUNTING THE BODY FRAME TO THE CHAMBER: Turn the grill body over, attach the Leg with Wheels (25) to the chamber by using Bolt (B), Spring Washers (E), Flat Gasket (J) orderly. Using screwdriver to tighten them. 2.INSTALLING CHAMBER HANDLE TO LID: 1.Keep the Lid (4) open, attach Bolt (A) through Gasket (G), then installing handle (6) to Lid (4).

3.ATTACHING HOPPER HANDLE TO HOPPER LID: Keep the Hopper Burner Lid (44) open. Penetrate the Bolt (F) into the hole on the Hopper Burner Lid (44), then install the Hopper Lid Handle (24) by screwdriver. 4.ATTACHING THE SMOKESTACK AND CHIMNEY CAP: Using bolt (A) through the holes of Smokestack (10) and the holes of Smokestack Insulation Cotton (11), attaching two bolts (A) to the hole of Grill body, then attaching Gasket (G) and nuts(H) , using wrench to tighten them.

5.ATTACHING LATERAL FLAT PALLET AND FRONT FLAT PLATE: 1.Penetrate the 6 Bolts (B) through the Front Flat Plate Bracket (14) (17). 2.Penetrate the Step Screw (C) through the Front Flat Plate Bracket (14) and Spring Washer (E), attaching Cap Nuts (D) then use screwdriver and wrench to tighten them. Repeat the above steps on the other side.

7.POSITIONING THE GREASE DRAIN PAN: Locate the Grease Drain Pan (31) on the pan support inside the Chamber (7). 8.ATTACHING COOKING GRATE AND WARMING RACK: Attaching the Porcelain cooking grate (32) and warming rack (33) in the chamber.

The function of this setting is to leave the Draft Induction Fan running for 10 minutes to burn redundant pellets in the fire pot.
OPERATING TIPS 1.Just like other barbecues, the actual temperature of this grill or the cooking times will be affected by external temperature, humidity, wind conditions, quality of pellets and other external factors. 2.Shelter your grill from heavy-wind. This will aid in temperature output, heat retention and heat recovery time when opening the lid.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING Your Z Grills needs to be consistently maintained and cleaned before or after each use. Make sure your grill is OFF and cooled down completely before performing any maintenance and cleaning. Grease: 1.With long-term use, it caused the accumulation of grease on the Flue Lining, the Grease Drain Tube, the V-shaped Grease Drain and the Grease Drain Pan.

Clean the ash from the interior of the grill periodically, otherwise excess ash in the firepot may cause your fire to go out, especially in the SMOKE setting. A shop vacuum is an excellent tool to handle the ash. (WARNING: Make sure you grill has cooled down before you begin to clean the ash from the grill.)
