Installing a standard storage controller and a power fail
safeguard module
Procedure
Power off the server. For more information, see

Remove the server from the rack. For more information, see

Remove the access panel. For more information, see

Remove the air baffles as needed. For more information, see

Remove the fan cage. For more information, see

(Optional.) Install the flash card of the power fail safeguard module to the standard storage

a. Install the two internal threaded studs supplied with the power fail safeguard module on the
standard storage controller, as shown in
