    IMPORTANT Your Polaris INTERACTIVE DIGITAL DISPLAY KIT is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of debris. For your safety, and to ensure a satisfactory installation, perform all installation steps correctly in the sequence shown.
  • Page 3 5. Remove hood by removing two T40 torx bolts (C) and two tufflock plastic fasteners (D). P/N 9926329 Rev 01 01/15 Page 3 of 9...
  • Page 4 6. Disconnect headlights (E), display (F) and key switch (G). 7. Remove hood harness from right side. 8. Remove display by prying around the edges with your fingers and pushing up from underneath. 9. Remove key switch. P/N 9926329 Rev 01 01/15 Page 4 of 9...
  • Page 5 10. Route GPS cable (H), display cable (I) and key switch (J) in through the bottom of the bag. 11. Locate the hole (A) for GPS connector. Plug in GPS Puck (K). Zip tie (L) is used to secure the GPS puck.
  • Page 6 12. Install new key switch (2) into bag. 13. Plug in display (M) then install with rubber grommet (N) by pushing evenly and firmly. 14. Install retaining bracket (P) on back side of gauge with the two screws (Q) using a 10 mm socket. P/N 9926329 Rev 01 01/15 Page 6 of 9...

  • Page 8 16. Install hood without fasteners. 17. Install tufflock plastic fastener (D) on either side of the windshield. 18. Install rear bag mounts with T40 Torx bolts (C). Torque to 7.4 ft. lbs. (10 Nm) 19. Install front bag mounts (R) by putting them in between the windshield and the hood.
  • Page 9 21. WITHOUT BATTERY: • Disconnect white plug (S) near hood harness and remove battery cable. Installation is done. • If a battery is not installed the GPS puck will loose satellite connection and take 30 to 120 seconds to establish connection. User will not save tracks when GPS connection is not established.
