Step 3: Incubate Gently mix by inverting disposable at least 12 times (without producing foam). Preheat Clotalyst heater 10 minutes prior to use. ® Place disposable into Clotalyst heater. The glass ® beads inside the disposable should be distributed evenly when it is placed into the heater. Press the incubation button to start cycle. When the incubation cycle is complete (25 minutes), the heater will beep four times.
