To replace teeth on the Rayco RG13II stump grinder:
1. Shutdown the Machine: Use the normal shutdown procedure before starting maintenance. 2. Position the Teeth: Follow the diagram in the parts manual to correctly place the teeth. 3. Stagger the Teeth: Ensure straight and angled teeth are staggered as shown in the drawing. 4. Set the Tooth Projection: If using Rayco brand square-shanked teeth, set the extreme edge of each tooth 1¼” away. 5. Lubricate After Replacement: Perform lubrication after replacing the teeth to ensure smooth operation.
