Konstruktionshinweise
1. Zur Vermeidung
bewegliche Lastaufnahmepunkte vorsehen.
2. Drehelastische Gelenkwellen und Kupp-
lungen zum Ausgleich von Fluchtungs-
und Winkelfehlern
3. Beim Aufbau einer Mehrspindelanlage auf
Drehrichtung aller Hubgetriebe achten.

Montagehinweise
•
Last erst aufbringen wenn alle Hubspindeln
auf gleichem Niveau sind.
•
Es ist dafür zu sorgen, dass sich alle Befes-
tigungsflächen auf gleicher Höhe befinden.
Gegebenenfalls Ausgleichsstücke unterlegen.

Multi-Spindle Systems
Construction advice
1. Use mobile load bearing devices to avoid
any distortion/stress during construction.
2. Use elastic cardan shafts and couplings to
compensate for any alignment errors.
3. Please ensure that the direction of rotation
for a ll the screw jacks within the system
is correct (see drive diagram examples
in our catalogue 4c Single Face Screw
Jacks).
Assembly advice
•
Ensure all spindles are equal in height before
applying any load.
•
Ensure that all mounting surfaces are equal in
height. Use spacers/shims if necessary.

