Initial Test Run Follow these steps to ensure your cooker is operating properly. Release the lid lock and lift the lid. Remove the inner pot. Place the Steam Rack in the bottom of the inner pot. Add only 2 ounces of clean water to the inner pot. Return the inner pot to the cooker and close the lid. -
