8. Troubleshooting
If this product does not operate as expected, check the product by referring to the following checklist before
submitting it for repair.
If there is a problem that corresponds to the following list, try the suggested countermeasure method.
If this product still does not work properly, record the message displayed on the display and contact your
sales agent or maintenance service company.
It is not possible to turn on the power.
Are the power cable and AC adapter connected correctly？
⇒ Check the power switch and POWER LED on the front panel.
If the POWER LED lights red, press the power switch to turn on the power of the main unit.
If the POWER LED is off, the power cable and AC adapter may not be connected correctly.
Communication via LAN/RS232C/RS485 is not possible.
Is the main unit turned on？
⇒ Check the power switch and POWER LED on the front panel.
If the POWER LED lights red, press the power switch to turn on the power of the main unit.
If the POWER LED is off, the power cable and AC adapter may not be connected correctly.
Is the interface cable connected correctly?
Is the FG cable connected correctly?
⇒ The interface and FG cables may not be connected correctly.
