4. Sr600 In-Car Video Camera and Base Installation
4.5 Your Sr600 In-Car Video Camera will record a 360°
horizontal by 240° vertical field of view. For best results, it's
®
recommended that the RAM Adhesive Mount be placed
slightly to the right and just below the rear view mirror.
Do not remove the adhesive liner from the mount at this time.
4. Sr600 In-Car Video Camera and Base Installation
4.8 Loosen the screw collar to remove the RAM® Mount disc
and remove the Sr600 In-Car Video Camera from the base.
4.6 With the Sr600 In-Car Video Camera snapped into its base
®
and the RAM Adhesive Mount snugly attached, review the
location of the assembly on the windshield. Ensure that the
edge of the lens is below the rear view mirror so as not to block
the image.
4.9 Peel off the opposite side of adhesive disc.
4.7 Once the location of the assembly is satisfactory, mark the
location of the adhesive base on the windshield glass.
4.10 Carefully position and adhere onto the exact PRE
MARKED location of your surface. Press firm for one minute.
It's recommended to let the adhesive sit for a full 24 hours
before mounting your device or any additional components.
