You have reached the crusher's maximum pressure. Decrease crusher loading
(increase setting or decrease feed).
Fault on pressure sensor!
•
The output of the pressure sensor is below working limit. There must be a fault in the
sensor or the cable. Check the sensor and cable. Replace if necessary.
Fault on pressure sensor!
•
The output of the pressure sensor is above working limit. Check the sensor and cable.
Replace if necessary.
Pressure sensor ok
•
There was a fault in pressure sensor. Now the sensor has recovered.
Pressure peak!
•
There has been too high pressure during a very short time. Due to this setting has
been increased for a moment. When pressure decreased back to allowed area, setting
was changed back to correct value.

5.1.3 Lubrication oil temperature in tank

Tank lubrication oil temperature under allowed area.
•
Temperature of oil in tank too low. Oil must be warmed up.
Tank lubrication oil temperature above the allowed area.
•
Temperature of oil in tank too high. Oil must be cooled down.
Lubrication oil temperature sensor: fault.
•
Message from lubrication oil temperature sensor in tank is under working limit.
Check the sensor and cable. Replace if necessary.
Lubrication oil temperature sensor: fault.
•
Message from lubrication oil temperature sensor in tank is over working limit. Check
the sensor and cable. Replace if necessary.
Lubrication oil temperature sensor: sensor recovered from error.
•
There was a fault in lubrication oil temperature sensor. Now the sensor has recovered.

5.1.4 Crusher lubrication return oil temperature

Return lubrication oil temperature above the allowed area.
•
Temperature of return oil from crusher is too high. Oil must be cooled down.
Fault in return oil sensor.
•
Lubrication oil temperature sensor message is under working limit. Check the sensor
and cable. Replace if necessary.
Fault in return oil sensor.
