PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
OILING SHREDDER
All micro-cut shredders require oil for peak performance. If not oiled, a

Questions and answers
How to troubleshoot the 100 pg auto feed. It stops after one page
To troubleshoot the Fellowes AutoMax 100M when the 100-page auto feed stops after one page:
1. Ensure the lid is fully closed, as the shredder will not operate if it is open.
2. Check for any paper jams and clear them; the shredder has an auto-reverse feature to help with jams.
3. Confirm manual feed is not in use simultaneously, as it disables auto feed.
4. Make sure paper is loaded correctly—aligned and not folded or stuck together.
5. Verify that the shredder has not overheated; if so, allow it to cool down for 35 minutes.
6. Disconnect and reconnect the power if the machine is unresponsive.
If the issue continues, further inspection or service may be needed.
