    Safety Safety Proper use This product is designed to control the temperature of water in a bath tank. The product is used to pre- pare food in this water bath according to the Sous Vide technique (low-temperature, slow cooking of food in vacuum-sealed packaging).

In case of an interruption of the main power supply the unit will restart when power is again applied and key is pressed. The unit will also start operating as soon as the main pow- er switch is turned on.
