Reset 1&1 DSL-Modem to factory settings
Step 1
Click on System > Sicherung

The 1&1 DSL-Modem will now be reset. This may take a few minutes. Your 1&1 DSL-Modem
automatically restarts and must then be set up again using the 1&1 Start-Code.

Save settings
By restoring factory set-
tings, all settings, telepho-
ne books, dial options etc.
will be deleted. As such, it
is important to save your
settings and telephone
books before restoring the
1&1 DSL-Modem.
Completing the
factory settings
Do not under any circum-
stances unplug the device
from the power socket - it
can damage the firmware.
The 1&1 DSL-Modem is
ready for use as soon as
the Power / DSL LED is
permanently illuminated.
