    In the USA: Biosite Technical Services – 888-BIOSITE (888-246-7483) Immediately after the return has been authorized, Biosite will send out a replacement Triage MeterPro. Return the malfunctioning meter to Biosite. Note the return authorization number on both the shipping box and the airbill and send the meter back to Biosite as soon as possible following receipt of the replacement meter.
