3 Troubleshooting and Alarms
3.1

Error codes

The meaning of the error codes can be read out from the table below.
• Error codes 100, 109, 116, 118, 132 are also displayed with an Error message text
shown in the Meaning column.
• When an error code is displayed, the program is always interrupted.
• After checking and taking care of the problem, the alarm can be reset by pressing the
STOP button.

Cause

3.1 Error codes
Remedy
This error code is displayed
only when operating data is
read in GDTdirect™ 3.x.
Remove whatever is
preventing movement.
Check the magnetic proximity
switch and the magnet on the
rocking arm. Check the fuse
F4 on the PCB
Check that the impeller turns
freely, reset the motor circuit
breaker, start the machine
and check the current of
all three phases Check the
volume of charged granules.
Check that the impeller turns
