Replacing the HEPA filter
• The HEPA filter should be replaced annually. To replace, unscrew the existing filter and use the screws
to attach a new one (sold separately).

Problem
The unit is not functioning
properly
If the fan is not operating or no buzzing sound is detected on the unit's highest settings after cleaning,
please contact a qualified professional to address the issue.

Possible causes
The ozone plate is dirty
The unit is not receiving
power
The unit's fuse is burnt out or
not installed properly
The ozone plate is misaligned
Solution
Clean the ozone plate (see
above)
Confirm that the unit is
plugged in and turned on
Make sure that the wall outlet
is working properly
Remove the existing fuse and
replace with the included
spare (1 amp, 1.25")
Make sure that the plate is
almost flush against the back
of the unit
