E1 error
:
# Disconnect the main power supply to the indoor unit by means of the isolation switch. After
approximately one minute, turn the power supply back on & attempt to operate the unit in "Auto" mode
with a set temperature of two degrees above or below the ambient temperature.
If E1 fault has not cleared:
# Check for supply voltage between the Relay (Active) & the (Neutral) connection point located on the
indoor PCB. If there is no supply voltage at these two points, replace the indoor PCB assembly.
If supply voltage is available at the Relay (Active) & the (Neutral) connection points, check supply
voltage at the outdoor terminal block, then from the terminal block to the (CN501) & (CN502) terminal
points located on the outdoor main PCB.
If supply voltage is available at the (CN501) & (CN502) terminal points, yet the four LED's (H501,
H502, H503 & H504) are not lit or flashing and no other component on the outdoor unit is in operation,
refer to the following page.
Supply voltage points from indoor main PCB
to outdoor terminal block.
