Clean-Pour Head Gasket
Removal & Replacement
The patented Clean-Pour head technology was designed to provide ease of use and cost
effective replacement, when damaged. Simply complete the following:
Step 1: Locate the threaded nut on the
bottom of the head assembly.
Step 3: Remove the
threaded nut.

Step 2: Unthread the nut by loosening,
in a counter clockwise direction.
If difficult to turn, you may use pliers.
(Be careful not to damage the
plastic threads).
Step 4: Remove gasket
from stem
Step 5: Select the gasket
color to be used (White,
Red or Green).
