Setup and Adjustment The scroll saw comes with the blade assembled. Please Fig 06-07-08-09 follow the instruction below on how to tension your saw. Tensioning the Blade Check that the blade is under tension. Changing the Blade Standard Pin Blades DISCONNECT THE SCROLL SAW FROM THE MAINS BEFORE CONTINUING! Blade pins 1. Turn the blade tensioning knob anti-clockwise to release tension on the blade and remove the table insert, see fig 21-22. These are ideal if you PRINCIPAL REASONS are trying to cut straight lines, however they are not very good for doing internal fret work because of the size of the blade.
