If your JLab JBuds Air has no sound in the left earbud and beeps twice every few seconds, try reconnecting the left and right earbuds by following these steps:

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device.
2. Turn both earbuds off by pressing and holding each earbud button until you hear "goodbye" or see no lights.
3. Press and hold the right earbud button for 15+ seconds until it flashes blue and white, then release.
4. Repeat the process with the left earbud, holding its button for 15+ seconds until it turns solid white, then release.
5. Turn Bluetooth back on your device and select "JLab JBuds Air" to reconnect.

This process pairs the earbuds together and may resolve the issue.
