Washing the HORIZON cover Cleaning the HORIZON cover is essential to maintain and keep your cover in good running condition. Clean your cover as needed or when dirt, debris or leaves are present. We also recommend cleaning your cover before and after winterization.

Top plate 4) Remove the two top plates by unscrewing the two #8-1/2” Robertson screws per post assemblies. (Figure 21) Do not discard these screws. WARNING Ensure the cover is well centered on the hot tub and will not interfere with the movement of the post assemblies.

7) Unscrew the four 1/4-20-1” button-head screws on both sides of each posts. (Figure 24) Do not discard these screws. WARNING Be sure to guide the sleeves down by hand once the screws are removed. Failure to follow this instruction might damage the sleeves.

10) Spray grease on all the sliding and mechanical components of jacks and on the pivot points of the tilting mechanism.
