Reset the Label Printer

Reset your printer's device settings if the printer is not operating correctly.
Reset Device Settings to the Factory Settings Using the Label
Printer Buttons
To reset the printer, do the following:

Turn the printer off.

Press and hold the Power ( ) and Cutter ( ) Buttons for about two seconds. The Status LED lights in
orange and the Editor Lite LED flashes in green.

Continue holding down the Power (

Release the Power ( ) Button. The Status LED flashes in orange and the Editor Lite LED flashes in
green. Then, the Status LED lights in green.
