EPARTMENT ROUPS
This screen combines system data relevant to the KTS feature "Department
Groups". To setup up a Department Group complete the following:
Figure 10 Standard View - Department Groups
1. Specify a Department Group to modify.
2. Specify basic characteristics of the Department Group.
3. Select which extensions are Primary Members of the Department Group.
4. Specify the priority for the selected Primary members.
5. Select which extensions are Secondary Members of the Department Group.
6. Specify the priority for the selected Secondary members.
