The loud, high-pitched squeaking noise from the power floor head of the Miele Complete C3 could be due to several reasons:

1. Brush or Roller Issues – If the brush was previously not spinning and was manually fixed, there may still be debris, dust, or hair stuck in the roller, causing friction and noise.
2. Bearings or Belt Wear – The bearings in the brush roller or the belt mechanism might be worn out or dry, leading to squealing sounds.
3. Lack of Lubrication – If parts of the brush head, such as the roller bearings, are dry or dusty, they may need cleaning and lubrication.
4. Misalignment or Damage – The brush or internal components may be misaligned or damaged after the previous fix attempt, causing abnormal friction.

To fix the issue, try cleaning the brush roll, checking for obstructions, and applying a suitable lubricant to the bearings if accessible. If the problem persists, replacing worn parts or seeking professional service may be necessary.

The lid of your Miele Complete C3 vacuum cleaner will not close if the dust bag is not inserted correctly. The dust compartment lid is designed to remain open unless a replacement filter bag is properly positioned. Ensure that the filter bag is fully pushed into the holder until you hear a clicking sound. Do not use force to close the lid, as this might break it. If the bag is not aligned correctly, the port may not be properly connected, preventing the lid from closing.

If the dust compartment lid on a Miele Complete C3 vacuum is sticking, avoid using force to close it, as this may cause damage. Ensure the vacuum bag is fully inserted into the bag holder until you hear a clicking noise. If the bag is not properly positioned, the lid may not close correctly, and dust may leak into the compartment. Properly aligning the bag will help the lid close smoothly and prevent damage to the filters and motor.
