Advance to next program for Central Heating

Advance to next program for Hot Water
Increase set Temperature.
Decrease set Temperature.
Turn on backlight for 10 seconds. Activate/de-activate holiday override.
Press to begin/confirm programming settings.
Press to select day(s)/time/temperature.

Questions and answers
I often get power cuts and to reset my clock which is now at the correct time. Unfortunately the boiler does not seem to come on at the right time in the morning (7.15) and it does not go off at the right time of 21.15 at night. I have tried the 3 settings ON, ONCE, AUTO but it is not responding. I have to use the thermostat to control the system. Please help.
