Chapter 3 Operation and Maintenance
1. Maintenance Service
We recommend you contact a Service Representative approved by the manufacturer to order genuine spare
parts or to perform any operations on your system.
2. Preventive Maintenance
2-1. Preventive Maintenance of the BBU
Check the BBU states (including voltage and temperature) regularly as a preventive maintenance. Use
WebBIOS for this purpose.
2-2. Life of Battery Pack
The life of the battery pack is about 2 years. If the battery pack is used after its estimated lifespan, replace
such a battery pack with a new one as soon as possible following the instructions in "Chapter 3 Operation
and Maintenance."
