Do you have a question about the NAUTILUS IW60 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
I bought a used Grand Design Solitude 380F-R 5th Wheel. Where are the drains and anode rod on the I60W Suburban Tankless RV Hot Water Heater? The outside access panel is caulked shut...is that the way it should be? How do I take this off for access?
The Suburban NAUTILUS IW60 is a tankless RV water heater and does not have a storage tank, so it does not include traditional tank features like a drain or an anode rod. Therefore, there are no drains or anode rods to locate.
To remove the access panel, first ensure the gas is turned off. Then, remove the door by unscrewing the bolts that hold it in place. The unit has two bolt holes for mounting, and the door can be taken off to access the internal components.
