MAINTENANCE

Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric shock.
1.
Remove the paddle, wipe it with a damp cloth.
2.
Take out the removable bowl, clean it with a soft damp cloth.
3.
Wipe the transparent lid and refi ll lid with a damp cloth.
4.
Remove any dirt on the body or other places with a damp cloth, and do not
pour water over cord, plug or ventilation, or immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid.
5.
Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth, then return the components to the home
position.
Note: Do not clean the removable bowl in a dishwasher.

Recipes

Basic recipe
For 4 persons
2 eggs
1.5 dl sugar
3 dl full cream
2 dl milk
Beat the eggs lightly for 1-2 minutes. Add the sugar a little at a time. Add the
cream and milk. Switch on the machine and pour the mixture into the bowl
through the ingredient opening. The machine should run for about 50 - 60
minutes.
Flavours:
Crushed Orieo biscuits, chocolate, liquorice sprinkles, fruit, berries of your
choice. Flavour additives are added during the last 5 minutes of mixing.
Strawberry sorbet
For 4 persons
100 g sugar
0.5 dl water
½ lemon
1 tablespoon golden syrup
500 g strawberries
Heat the water to 80 degrees. Add the sugar and remove from the stove. Stir
until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the juice of ½ a lemon and the golden syrup and stir.
Pour this mixture into a blender and add the strawberries. Mix in the blender
until it reaches a smooth consistency. Start the ice cream maker and add the
mixture. Run the ice cream maker until it produces a fi ne sorbet consistency.
