has been subject to misuse, abusc, damage, accidcnt, negligence, repair or alteration.

any spccial, incidental, or consequential
damages.
ln the event Mororola
elects to repair
a
defective
product
by replacing
a
module or subassembly, Motorola,
at its option, may
replace such defcctivc
module or
subassembly
with

new or reconditioned replaccment module
or subassembly. Only
the unexpired warranty of

in
force on
the replacement module or
