Momentum True Wireless earbuds. Left side doesn't connect. Right side seems fine. App shows both sides fully charged. When I tried a factory reset, the app said to connect the left side first, but I can't do that.

If your left earbud of the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless is not connecting, try these steps:

1. Restart Bluetooth – Turn off Bluetooth on your phone for a few seconds, then turn it back on.
2. Reset the Earbuds – Place both earbuds in the charging case, close the lid for a few seconds, then open it.
3. Re-enter Pairing Mode – Remove both earbuds from the case, then press and hold both touch controls until the right earbud blinks blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
4. Reconnect to Your Device – Try pairing the earbuds again with your smartphone via Bluetooth.

If the issue persists, ensure the earbuds and charging case are charged by connecting them to a USB power source.
