If the check box is not selected, use the [←]/[→] buttons to select
[Training Menu Sync] and then press the [Confirm] button.

Use the [←]/[→] buttons to select [Sync Now] and then
press the [Confirm] button.
Wait until the synchronization finishes.

When the synchronization finishes, press the [Menu] button
to return to the main menu screen.
