12 Troubleshooting

Problem
The device doesn't work
flawlessly.
The suction pads do not
stick to the surface
Possible reason
The driver has not been
installed properly
The device was not
properly recognized by
the operating system
The device is faulty
Uneven surface
No suction power
Suggested solution
Please reinstall the
driver
Pull out the USB plug
and insert it into the
USB port again
according to the
description in this
manual
