A good microwave cookbook is a valuable asset. Check it for microwave cooking principles, techniques, hints and recipes. See pages 19 and 20 for ordering the Ultimate Accessory, the Sharp Carousel Microwave Cookbook. NEVER use the oven without the turntable and support nor turn the turntable over so that a large dish could be placed in the oven. -

A micro- wave-safe thermometer will assist you in determining correct doneness and assure you that foods have been cooked to safe temperatures.
