I bought 4 Tac1200 Flashlights when they were super expensive. One of them isn't working. The Rechargeable battery is fine: I recharged it. No corosion in the flashlight or on the battery.

If the 1TAC TC1200 PRO flashlight is not working despite a charged battery and no corrosion, possible issues could include:
1. Incorrect Battery Installation – Ensure the battery is inserted with the anode (+) facing the flashlight's head. If using the 18650 battery, it should be placed inside the included plastic tube. 2. Battery Type Issue – Confirm that you are using a compatible battery: either a single 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion battery (3.7V) or three AAA alkaline batteries (1.5V). 3. Battery Contact Issue – Check if the battery contacts are clean and properly aligned. Loose or misaligned contacts may prevent power flow. 4. Tail Switch Malfunction – Try pressing the switch firmly multiple times. If possible, open the tail cap and inspect the switch for any damage or debris. 5. Zoom Mechanism Misalignment – Ensure the head of the flashlight is not pulled too far out, which may disrupt internal connections. 6. Battery Discharge Issue – If using the 18650 battery, ensure it has not run on low power for too long, as this can cause battery damage.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, the flashlight may have an internal defect.
