1. When the monitor is off, press the "SET" button briefly to display the time.
2. Press and hold the "SET" button to enter the year setting mode.
3. Press the "MEM" button to change the year. Each press increases the year by one.
4. Press "SET" to confirm the year.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to set the month and day.
