Before adjusting the height,
make sure the waist strap is set
at the highest position.

Lift the back of the waist strap,
adjust it to a comfortable position
on your waist and then slightly
press it down to fix.
And hold with one hand, push on
the height adjuster to let the waist
strap fall down to your intended
position then gently press it down
to fix it there.

the waist strap with both
hands.
