- Page 4 Humidifier Operations Your new Sears humidifier is designed satisfy home humidity requirements through the principle of evaporation of water into the air. After water is added to the bottles, the fil- ters begin to soak up the water and become totally saturated in approxi- mately 30 minutes.

The controls are found under the smoked cover, located between the air circulating fans. Lift the control cover by placing your finger in the round cutout and lifting.
