    The buttons are ignored. The digital USING YOUR BATTERY CHARGER OVERVIEW Using the SpeedCharge battery charger is very simple. First, connect the battery and AC power following the precautions listed under “OPERATING INSTRUC- TIONS”. Then select the appropriate BATTERY TYPE and CHARGE RATE for your battery.

    30A CHARGE RATE: When set to 10A, the unit will charge the battery for a few minutes at 10A. The charger will determine whether to increase the current to 30A, based on factors including the battery voltage and type selected. If the current is increased from 10A to 30A, the 30A will change from yellow to orange.

    MAINTENANCE AND CARE A minimal amount of care can keep your battery charger working properly for years. 1. Clean the clamps each time you are finished charging. Wipe off any battery fluid that may have come in contact with the clamps to prevent corrosion.

Schumacher Electric Corporation warrants this battery charger for five years from date of purchase at retail against defective material or workmanship. If such should occur, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer.
