PWM Dithering

The CCU4 has an automatic PWM dithering insertion function. This functionality can be
used with very slow control loops that cannot update the period/compare values in a fast
manner, and by that fact the loop can lose precision on long runs. By introducing dither
on the PWM signal, the average frequency/duty cycle is then compensated against that
error.
