The time on the Livongo BG300 updates automatically when Airplane Mode is turned off and a blood glucose check is performed. If you change time zones during a flight, the meter will adjust to the new time zone after the next BG check when Airplane Mode is disabled. There is no manual time-setting option mentioned.
