  • Page 1 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Install T-22, T-30, or T-40 nozzle turrets If turret is already installed, go to step 2. Remove debris cover and insert nozzle turret into body. Rotate turret clockwise until threads connect. Pull up turret, grip textured band, and tighten turret.
  • Page 2 Install nozzles in T-40 turret. If nozzle is already in turret, pry nozzle retainer up with screwdriver. Push old nozzle out with screwdriver. Snap in new nozzle and retainer.
  • Page 3 Flush circuit. Flushing through the lines prior to installation is recommended! DO NOT flush with debris cover on. If you do not flush through the lines, install nozzle turrets and remove internals from head(s) furthest from valve. Typical Circuits To remove internals, unscrew cap and pull out assembly.
  • Page 4 Set left trip point. Be sure water is turned OFF before setting FIXED left trip point. Pull up turret and turn it to the left trip point. Caution: If rotor does not turn easily to the left, first turn it right to right trip point.
  • Page 5 Adjust Arc Pull down vandal collar. Arc is pre-set to 180 Subtract arc Add arc To add arc, while sprinkler is turning left, turn turret to left trip point. Push down on turret and turn clockwise.
