There is a overflow of water coming out of the vent or vents (there seems to be 3 vents but one larger one where the water seems to be coming from) which are behind where the coffee pods are inserted and run into the overflow tray. The lights start flashing suggesting you have to wait until it heats up again but it has only released a fraction of coffee into the cup. Once the lights come on again we can start the process again but there is lots of water released in the tray meantime. Can you help? I have tried to attach a photo but your system would not accept it.
