The Little Giant SmartStep is a lightweight, industrial-strength adaptive stepladder

ladder for in-home, commercial, and professional use. The SmartStep can be used
safely on stairs and uneven surfaces, and features the innovative no-pinch Comfort
Step and a wide flared leg for extra comfort and stability.

Comfort Step . The no-pinch Comfort Step is an ideal place to stand on a ladder.
™
The wide standing surface reduces foot fatigue. It also features a comfortable handle
that allows you to set-up and take down your ladder without putting your fingers near
any pinch points.
Rock Locks . Unlock the Rock Locks by pressing inward on the bottom end to

disengage the lock assemblies. Now you can adjust the ladder's height. Simply
engage the Rock Locks completely into the desired rung hole to secure the ladder's
height and position.
Select Grip Twist Handle. The black handle is found on the rear of the back
™
legs. Rotate this handle to disengage the lock pins so you can telescope the back
legs to the desired height.
Face-Forward Top Cap. The patent-pending Face-Forward top cap cradles the
™
operator's legs, encouraging the operator to face the front of the ladder while
working, rather than turning or twisting their body unsafely.
It also has a material tray and tool slots for easy access.
