Faulty 3-way valve for DHW/SPH M3S.
Faulty shut off valve.
Faulty flow sensor / hydro PCB A1P.
Faulty water pump / hydro PCB A1P.
No by-pass installed.
Incorrect by-pass settings.
TIP: Check if problem also happens in short water circuit (for example domestic hot water circuit).
