To set the time on a Citizen Eco-Drive E660 watch, follow these steps:

1. Pull the crown out to position 1.
2. Rotate the crown to move the mode hand to point to [SET].
3. Pull the crown out to position 2. The second hand will point to 0 seconds and stop.
4. Press and release the lower right button (A). The hour and minute hands will slightly move, and the time and calendar will become adjustable.
5. Press and release button (A) repeatedly to cycle through the settings in the following order:
- Hour/minute/24-hour → Date → Year/Month → Day of the week → (Back to the top)
6. Adjust each setting as needed by rotating the crown.
7. Once all adjustments are complete, push the crown back to position 0.

This will set the correct time and calendar on the watch.
